  • Do you have set hours to come see your showroom?
    We do not have set hours our storefront is open due to having several events scattered throughout the week and weekends. We do appointments only free of charge! Please call us at (979) 332-1339 or fill out the form on our home page to request an appintment date and time.
  • Do you charge for an initial consultation and quote for an event?
    There is no consultation fee, and we offer free quotes for any event.
  • Is there a payment plan for your decoration services?
    Yes! We do not require full payment up front. Once we agree on your invoice we will allow payments up until 2 weeks prior to your event in which full payment will be required.
  • Can I just order flowers for my event and not rent decor?
    Absolutley! Elegant Occasions specializes in floristry and we would love to work with you in order to guarantee your day is beautiful.
  • Do you offer package deals?
    Currently Elegant Occasions does not offer package deals. We individually price our rental decor to guarantee the lowest price possible in order to save our customer's money and stick to their ideal budget they have in mind.
  • For larger backdrops and rental decor, do I have the option to set up to save money?"
    Such items Elegant Occasions offer require us to set up and take down due to the investment we put into our items. We take great pride in keeping our items the same way we originally bought them therefore our future customers can continue to enjoy them. These items include: Wine barrels, pillars, wood fence backdrops, ect.
  • When can I pick up my rental items?
    We allow our customers to pickup up to 3 days prior to their event or first day of setup.
  • Do I need to wash my linens when I return them?
    Elegant Occasions does not require linen returns to be cleaned. Please put all linens in our linen return bag provided for you when you picked up.
